A bit about us

The Queensland Irish Choir is a Community Choir. It was established in 2014. We are a mixed choir currently with over 40 members. We perform mainly Irish and Celtic melodies, originating from all Celtic Regions, including, Scotland, Wales, Cornwall, Galicia, and Brittany. Whilst this type of music forms the main part of our repertoire, we also perform a variety of other music from other sources.

The Queensland Irish Choir promotes Irish culture through their music.

The Choir is a member of the Australian National Choral Association. (ANCA)
